Three APC governors meet Ladoja in Ibadan

A former Governor of Oyo State, Rashidi Ladoja, hosted three serving governors on the platform of the All Progressives Congress on Sunday.

The assembly, which lasted about two hours, held at Ladoja’s residence in Ibadan.

Although particulars of the assembly have been sketchy as of the time of submitting this report, it was learnt that the dialogue on the assembly was not unconnected with defection.

“They need him to affix APC,” an aide to one of many politicians mentioned.

The governors who met with Ladoja have been Abubakar Badaru of Jigawa, Atiku Bagudu of Kebbi, and Mai Buni of Yobe.

Others mentioned to be on the assembly have been Senator AbdulFatai Buhari, Oloye Sharafadeen Alli and Bimbo Adepoju.

PDP is at the moment going through disaster over the management of the social gathering buildings in Oyo and different states, together with on the nationwide degree.

Lately, seven members of the PDP Nationwide Govt Council resigned from the social gathering.

The seven nationwide officers of the social gathering who resigned included the Deputy Nationwide Monetary Secretary, the Deputy Authorized Adviser, the Deputy Nationwide Auditor, the Deputy Nationwide Publicity Secretary, the Deputy Ladies Chief and the Deputy Organising Secretary.

Additionally, one of many Board of Trustees members, Bode George, mentioned he virtually resigned from the social gathering not too long ago.

The governor of Cross Rivers, Ben Ayade and that of Zamfara State, Bello Matawalle, dumped the PDP late Might and June respectively.
