Native authorities election in Lagos State has witnessed widespread voter apathy and circumstances of malfunction card readers, our correspondent who visited some polling models throughout three native authorities areas of the state has noticed.
Nearly all of the presiding officers and celebration brokers on the polling models in Ikeja, Ifako-Ijaiye and Agege Native Authorities Areas confirmed the developments to our correspondent.
