Nigeria has signed a Army-Technical Cooperation Settlement with the Russian Federation.
The Minister of Defence, Main Normal Bashir Salihi Magashi (rtd), signed the settlement on behalf of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, whereas the Director of the Federal Service for Army-Technical Cooperation, Dmitry Shugaev, signed for the Russian Federation.
This was disclosed in an announcement issued by the Nigerian Embassy in Moscow, Russia.
