EKITI State Governor, Dr Kayode Fayemi, on Tuesday, described his Ondo State counterpart, Rotimi Akeredolu, as a brave, dependable, and compassionate chief.
Fayemi stated Akeredolu has spent a bigger a part of his life serving the folks as “a college students’ union activist, authorized luminary, advocate of excellent governance and at the moment as Governor who’s leaving no stone unturned within the quest for the betterment of Ondo State and its folks”.
The governor, who’s the Chairman of Nigeria Governors’ Discussion board, in a congratulatory message to Akeredolu on his sixty fifth birthday, described the Ondo State governor as “a dogged fighter, a powerful voice within the struggle towards injustice and a person who doesn’t draw back from talking the reality no matter whose ox is gored”.
In a message signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Yinka Oyebode, titled, ‘Fayemi congratulates Akeredolu at 65,’ he stated, “Governor Akeredolu has spent his total life within the service of his folks. He’s a patriotic Nigerian, who may be very enthusiastic about one united, peaceable and progressive Nigeria. A compassionate chief, who’s ever involved in regards to the welfare of his folks.
“We want him many extra helpful and productive years in service to God and humanity.”
